These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w500 ("w500", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://w500.app and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an account on the w500 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) w500 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your w500 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

w500 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

w500 reserves the right to temporarily freeze or restrict account access pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

Account balances are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your w500 account or any account balance to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your w500 account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. w500 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by w500 within the timeframes specified in the Wallet section. Most GCash withdrawals are processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. w500 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

w500 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, w500 will notify you and may request additional documentation.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the w500 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of w500 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

w500 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• The results of using the Platform will meet your expectations or requirements.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

w500 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.

• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, w500 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to w500.

You may close your w500 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. w500 reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.

w500 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and w500 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact w500's support team to initiate this process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent w500 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
